CKS Real Estate Tourism Ck Industry and Trade Inc was founded in 2018 by Fatih ÇOKSAK to develop projects that add value to the city in the fields of tourism and industry. Fatih Çoksak gained knowledge and experience from different sectors in which he is a business partner or a founder.He evaluated the developing opportunities in the field of real estate since the day it was founded, and turned them into the right investments at the right time.

For new projects, he transfers his gained-cooperation and experience to Fethiye and realized the Talia Villas project as Detached Villas and Bungalow Villas in Yanık.

Feasibility studies continue for the realization of new projects in other elite locations of Fethiye.
